In early December we journeyed to Greece to check out the progress of the olive harvest. This enables us to see the farmers in action and talk to our suppliers about what we can expect from this years crop.
While there, we could not get enough of the traditional Greek snack, Spanakopita. These unbelievably tasty treats are comprised of spinach sauteed with feta and herbs, wrapped in a light and flaky phyllo crust. Prepare them at home and bring Greece to you!
