Ventresca tuna is considered the foie gras of tuna. It’s the silky smooth belly of the tuna known in sushi bars as toro. These buttery, incredibly light strips are the most sensual bits of tuna you’ll ever take out of a can. Zoe Diva Select Ventresca is line-caught in Spain’s Bay of Biscay and immediately filleted by hand to preserve
the freshness, texture and flavor of the fish. Each tin is individually packed by hand in Spanish olive oil.

Zoe Diva Select Bomba Rice

Bomba is an ancient strain of rice grown in fresh mountain water near the town of Calasparra in Murcia, Spain (classified D.O.). Until recently Bomba was nearly extinct. Fortunately, gourmet chefs created a demand and Bomba is once again available. This unusual rice expands in width rather than length, absorbing three times its volume in broth, rather than the normal two. The grains remain distinct while cooking, perfect for paella and all your favorite rice dishes. Each bag of Zoe Diva Bomba Rice is individually numbered by the producer.

Zoe Diva Select Yellowfin Tuna is line-caught exclusively from the Bay of Biscay off the northern coast of Spain. The choice loins of the fish are hand filleted and hand packed in Spanish olive oil to insure optimum quality and flavor. Zoe Diva Select Yellowfin Tuna is characterized by its rich taste, light pink color and lean chunks of meat. Dolphin Safe.
