Zoe Diva Select Sherry Vinegar Reserva

Zoe Sherry Vinegar is produced in the famous Jerez sherry region near Cadiz, Spain. We use the ancient aging technique known as the Solera System for a slower transformation and absorption of flavors to produce a consistently full-flavored taste. The time spent in oak wood barrels develops its rich mahogany color as well as notes of caramel, almonds, grapes and citrus. Zoe Sherry Reserva is aged for 2 years, creating an even smoother and sweeter taste than our Original Sherry Vinegar.

Zoe Sherry Vinegar is produced in the famous Jerez sherry region near Cadiz, Spain. We use the ancient aging technique known as the Solera System for a slower transformation and absorption of flavors to produce a consistently full-flavored taste. The time spent in oak wood barrels develops its rich mahogany color as well as notes of caramel, almonds, grapes and citrus. Aged for 12 months, it’s a complex balance of sweet and sour flavors.

Zoe Diva Select Bomba Rice

Bomba is an ancient strain of rice grown in fresh mountain water near the town of Calasparra in Murcia, Spain (classified D.O.). Until recently Bomba was nearly extinct. Fortunately, gourmet chefs created a demand and Bomba is once again available. This unusual rice expands in width rather than length, absorbing three times its volume in broth, rather than the normal two. The grains remain distinct while cooking, perfect for paella and all your favorite rice dishes. Each bag of Zoe Diva Bomba Rice is individually numbered by the producer.
