| Zoe Sherry Vinegar is produced in the famous Jerez sherry region near Cadiz, Spain. We use the ancient aging technique known as the Solera System for a slower transformation and absorption of flavors to produce a consistently full-flavored taste. The time spent in oak wood barrels develops its rich mahogany color as well as notes of caramel, almonds, grapes and citrus. Aged for 12 months, it’s a complex balance of sweet and sour flavors.
